Dr. Ryan G. Loucks DC
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Ryan is a chiropractic physician and entrepreneur dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and live fully. A Collinsville, Illinois native, he blends strong clinical training with a patient-centered, performance-based approach. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2023 along with a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, supporting comprehensive care and recovery. He also earned a PhD in Business, bringing a unique perspective to building innovative, patient-focused healthcare experiences that prioritize results, function, and long-term wellness.
Kara Loucks
Office Manager
Kara is the heart behind the scenes at The Palms Health Center, bringing over 20 years of experience in insurance billing and patient account management. She is dedicated to making the financial side of care smooth, clear, and stress-free for every patient through her attention to detail and commitment to service. Kara and Dr. Ryan have been married since 2007 and are proud parents of two adult children. Outside the office, she enjoys theme parks, family time, camping, and relaxing by the campfire, always in her favorite flip flops, helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere of The Palms.
